A community class offered at Charm School Vintage in Austin, TX. Based on Materia Medica traditional studies, latin for Healing Materials. We use beginner's mind to hone our intuition and learn the plant's language during plant meditations. The next secret Garden will be Tuesday, May 7th, 2018, at 7:30 pm.

YOGI'S HERBAL CABINET: DIGESTION
Join us for The Yogi’s Herbal Cabinet Workshop on Digestion. At Yoga Yoga Austin, Westlake location. The Yogi’s Herbal Cabinet Workshops are experiential classes designed to aide your yoga practice on and off the mat, to activate more ease in your life. In this workshop, we will discuss the philosophy of yoga, the metaphysical and emotional correspondences to digestion, digestion as a muscular enteric system, and the herbs that have action on not only the physical function but the emotional/spiritual as well. “That’s hard to swallow” or “that’s hard to stomach” is said for a reason and we want to listen to this. These classes are well rounded, insightful, and fun. You will learn a lot about practical uses of herbs and yourself!
